Who we are
LegendCare Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency. Our licensed agents help people compare and enrol in Medicare-related and travel insurance products. We are appointed with a number of insurance companies rather than employed by one.
Not a government website
LegendCare is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
For free, impartial information about all of your Medicare options, contact Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE, or speak to your State Health Insurance Assistance Program.
Required disclosure
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent — organizations which offer — products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
What this site is
General educational information and a way to reach a licensed agent. It is not advice about your particular situation, and it is not an offer of insurance. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a description of any specific insurance plan, its benefits, or its costs — for that, speak to one of our agents or consult the plan's own documents.
No fee to you
There is no charge for our help. Agents are compensated by the insurance company when someone enrols. We are compensated on the same basis regardless of which company you choose.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we review it each plan year. Rules, availability, and deadlines change. If something here matters to a decision you are making, confirm it with us or with Medicare directly before you act on it.
