The short version

We collect only what we need to call you back. We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising or social media tracking pixels anywhere on this website, and we do not ask you for any health information through this site.

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect:

• Your ZIP code, or your trip details if you are asking about travel insurance
• Your email address, only if you choose to give it
• A record of your consent — the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address the form was sent from

We do not ask for health information on this website. No conditions, no medications, no diagnoses, no doctors' names, and no date of birth. If those things become relevant, they are discussed with a licensed agent on a recorded call, not collected through a web form.

Website analytics

We use privacy-first analytics that count page visits without cookies and without collecting personal information. There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixel from any platform, and no third-party tag manager. That is a deliberate decision: this site is about health insurance, and behaviour on pages like these should not be shared with advertising networks.

Because nothing here sets a cookie or processes personal data for tracking, this site does not need a cookie consent banner — so you will not see one.

Phone calls

Calls about Medicare plans are recorded. This is a requirement that applies to agencies like ours, and you will be told at the start of the call.

How we use what you give us

To contact you about insurance, as you agreed when you submitted the form. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to lead buyers or anyone else.

Who else sees it

Our licensed agents, and the insurance companies involved if you decide to apply for something. We also use service providers to host this website and deliver form submissions to us by email. They are permitted to process your information only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

As long as we need to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed agency. Consent records are kept for as long as the consent could be relied upon.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete it. Call us or email hello@legendcare.com and we will take care of it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
